What data we process
We only process data you give us yourself:
- Subscribing: name, address, email address, phone number, the concerts you choose, the number of people per rate and any comments.
- Reserving tickets: name, email address, phone number, the concert, the number of tickets and any comments.
- Becoming a friend: name, email address, phone number, the contribution you choose and any comments.

- Newsletter: your email address.
If you mention in a comment that you need a wheelchair space, for example, we only use that to arrange your visit properly.
What we use your data for
- To process your subscription or reservation, send you a confirmation and invoice, and put your name on the list at the entrance. This is necessary to perform our agreement with you.
- To answer your question when you contact us.
- To process your friendship and annual contribution, and keep you informed as a friend.
- To send you the newsletter, only if you sign up for it. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the newsletter or by emailing us.
- To meet legal obligations, such as the statutory retention period for invoices.
We do not use your data for any other purpose, we do not sell it and we do not build profiles of you.
How long we keep data
- Subscriptions and reservations: up to two years after the end of the season they relate to.
- Invoices and the data on them: seven years, as required by law.
- Contact messages: as long as needed to handle your question, and no longer than one year after that.
- Friends and newsletter: as long as you are a friend or subscribed. When you cancel or unsubscribe, we delete your data, except what we must keep for our records.
Who we share data with
We only share your data with parties that help us run the concerts and this website, and only as far as necessary:
- Webflow, which hosts this website and receives the forms. Webflow is based in the United States and participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which allows data to be transferred to Webflow under the GDPR.
- The service we use to send email, confirmations and the newsletter.
- Our accountant, for our financial records.
Parties that process data on our behalf may only use it for the task we give them. We do not give data to anyone else unless the law requires us to.
Cookies and third-party services
This website does not place cookies for statistics, advertising or tracking your browsing. That is why you will not see a cookie banner.
After you submit the subscription form, we temporarily store your name and a short summary in your own browser so the confirmation page can display them. This data disappears when you close the tab and never reaches us.
The fonts on this website are loaded via Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address. Links to Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps take you to that party's website, where its own privacy policy applies.
Security
We take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised use. The website uses a secure connection, and only the people who need the data for their work can access it.
Your rights
You can always ask us what data we hold about you, and have it corrected, completed or deleted. You can also object to its use, have its use restricted or request your data in a common file format. If you have given consent, for example for the newsletter, you can withdraw it at any time.
Send your request to info@excellentconcerten.nl. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please let us know first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
We may update this privacy statement, for example when the website changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. Please also read our terms and conditions.
